We do not give tours of our Facility, This is mainly due to the fact I cannot afford petting zoo insurance but also that the political environment created
by Animal rights activist makes it unwise to invite unknown people into your home or onto your property, we only permit
limited visitation (supervised short visit in our living room) by appointment to pick up your kitten. I am very sorry
it has come to this in America which is supposed to be the land of the free but as usual one bad apple spoiled it for the
rest of you truly nice folks.

high gas prices!!! We own a restaurant an hour from my house/Mini-Farm and the high gas bill is killing us.I have been researching
for 3 months an alternative and this is what I discovered!I have happened on a way to get double my mileage, have a cleaner

Expecting litters of Savannah Cat Kittens, I have a partner in some of my litters, We
are working in close association. Keep checking back with us(or contact me), I'll update as soon as I get the photos.
Savannah Cat Kittens, Desert Lynx Cat Kittens,
and Highland Lynx Cat Kittens Supply is limited because they are
rare, so... Reserve a future litter kitten now with a deposit! 25%
deposit required on kittens 6 weeks and younger, 50% deposit required on kittens 6-8 weeks old, Balance
due one week before shipping(air or overland), or at 10 weeks old if picking up in person. Full payment
required on kittens older than 8 weeks. First come first served, no holds without deposit. If you have
any further questions don't hesitate to ask!

We do ship to most places, but I do prefer that if you live within a 6 hour
drive to come in person to get your kitten. I will meet you halfway(up to 3 hours one way on my side) for the price of
my gas and a veggie burger with icee ;). This travel fee has to be prepaid as well as balance owed for me to drive. You have
from age 8 weeks till age 10 weeks(there are rare exceptions but need provable documentation and still at my descretion) to
make arraingement with me to pick up or ship, after that you forfeit your deposit and kitten will be sold. This policy is
for the kittens best welfare, I feel for the kitten to have the best chance to be in a forever home he/she must be placed
by 16 weeks. At that age, should there be any unplaced kittens, I give older kitten discounts to encourage people to
drop thier misconcieved notions that they must be small (cute and fluffy stage) to bond well(it's a myth, my kittens are very
handled and social to children and dogs).
Deposits are non-refundable unless we fail to produce what you requested. We support efforts to spay and
neuter pets. We request you spay and neuter pet kittens from us, please notify us if you want pet or breeder. Upon proof of
spay or neuter a $50.00 refund will be given.
